100% remote company
We operate as a 100% remote team. We don’t have an office and we’re not planning to change that. We encourage our team to travel and work from different places. This way, we make the most of the wonderful times we live in - build fantastic careers while growing personally and investing in our wellbeing.
We invite candidates living in +/- 2hrs of GMT time zone - this way we can ensure great team work while supporting the digital nomad lifestyle.

We encourage our team to make the most of the weather, season and the place they’re working from. With this in mind, we encourage everyone to adjust their working hours to do what makes their hearts sing - start early or finish late - you choose. This helps us look after ourselves well - workout outdoors more often, meet with friends and more!
In order to keep the team supporting each other well, we all tune in during the core hours of the work day - 9am - 3pm GMT.

You are the force driving email revenue growth for our client brands. You are full of ideas and you implement them in a resourceful way. You constantly look for ways to improve what you do and you never rest on your laurels. You are full of energy and love meeting new people and connecting with them - you are the first point of contact for our client brands.

Planning, building and scheduling engaging email campaigns in Klaviyo
Building and optimising email automations and email capture forms
Assisting the directors in reporting and contributing towards building winning strategies for our client brands
Building great relationships with our client teams and working with them to execute the strategy in a timely manner
Being the first point of contact for the client teams and delivering excellent client experience

excellent written communication skills in English - copy writing is a big part of this role
experience in using Canva to create visual assets for emails, social posts and other formats
experience at least 2 years using email software like Malchimp/Klaviyo/Drip or equivalent would be a bonus
willingness to learn new things all the time - we're a super flexible, fast working, fast learning team and in order to fit in well, you need to thrive in fast paced, demanding environment

Working closely with clients to understand their business goals
Translating client’s business goals into innovative and market leading marketing optimisation projects and managing them hands on from the strategy, through planning and implementation, to results reporting phase
Designing and monitoring a set of KPIs to track project progress and success and report regularly on them internally to the client
Coming up with innovative experimentation initiatives and ways to improve how we work as a team
Creating non-disputable business cases to pitch projects internally and to clients
Delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients

Developing and implementing winning social media strategies for It’s Personal clients as well as our own channels - social platforms to include: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest and more.
Building and maintaining content calendars and liaising with clients to build activities happening within the organisations for maximum impact.
Creating images, animations and simple video assets using Canva, Mid Journey, Stock content and other common resources.
Developing and keeping up to date It’s Personal marketing collateral such as pitch decks, e-books and whitepapers, and more.
Generating creative content strategies and ideas to build out It’s Personal as a thought leader
Building amazing client relations with our brands’ teams and creating the best client experience on the market
Reporting on results of activities and campaigns
Community management

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
Creative and resourceful approach to creating assets
Proven track record of creating successful assets such as reels, video content, static images such as infographics and written social media posts
Outstanding communication skills in Polish and English
Proven track record in running effective brand awareness and reach campaigns through use of organic social media activity
Very good knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, Mid Journey, social media scheduling tools, team communication software and Google suite.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Proactive attitude – taking initiative and working independently.
Attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics.
Team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with work management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp).
