    We’re a fast-growth start-up with ambitious plans. Everyone in the team takes ownership of not only their share of tasks, but It's Personal’s future. We create our vision together and make it happen through team work. At this stage in our company, everyone in the team has a say in the most important discussions and has an influence on what It’s Personal is becoming.

  • 100% remote company

    We operate as a 100% remote team. We don’t have an office and we’re not planning to change that. We encourage our team to travel and work from different places. This way, we make the most of the wonderful times we live in - build fantastic careers while growing personally and investing in our wellbeing.

    We invite candidates living in +/- 2hrs of GMT time zone - this way we can ensure great team work while supporting the digital nomad lifestyle.

  • Flexible working

    We encourage our team to make the most of the weather, season and the place they’re working from. With this in mind, we encourage everyone to adjust their working hours to do what makes their hearts sing - start early or finish late - you choose. This helps us look after ourselves well - workout outdoors more often, meet with friends and more!

    In order to keep the team supporting each other well, we all tune in during the core hours of the work day - 9am - 3pm GMT.

Email Copywriter Role

DTC & E-commerce brands struggle with the ever-increasing costs of marketing and acquiring new customers. We help them grow without the need to increase their media budgets.

Our team helps them build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with their customers through channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and direct mail. We do it differently from most, though - we believe in sharing valuable content, aligned with the brands' essence and mission. We deepen the reach and engagement of our brands' databases through advanced personalisation and automation while crafting and sharing meaningful content that is served at exactly the right time and place.

    -Virtuoso-level written British English copywriting skills.

    -Deep understanding of content marketing and direct response copywriting for email and SMS specifically

    -Excellent time management and organisational skills.

    -Ability to work on their own initiative.

    -Bottomless creativity and inspiration.
