The Role
You are the force driving repeat revenue growth for our client brands. You are full of ideas and you implement them in a resourceful way. You constantly look for ways to improve what you do and you never rest on your laurels. You are full of energy and love meeting new people and connecting with them - you are the first point of contact for our client brands.
Responsibilities - What your day2day looks like::
Planning, building and scheduling engaging campaigns in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GetResponse or equivalent
Building and optimising marketing automations and lead capture forms
Analysing results, reporting and building winning strategies for our client brands
Building great relationships with our client teams and working with them to execute the strategy in a timely manner
Being the first point of contact for the client teams and delivering excellent client experience
Requirements
2+ year experience working with Klaviyo or a similar ESP
1+ years experience in ecommerce marketing
Fluency and confidence in communicating in English - written and spoken is a must - most of our clients are based in the UK and USA
Exceptional organisational skills
Fantastic time management skills - your time is your own, manage it well
Proven track record in maintaining great relationships with clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, Google Suite, ChatGPT
