The Role

You are the mastermind behind the magic happening on our own, and our clients’ social media profiles. You’re an organisational powerhouse, a volcano of ideas and you thrive when things happen fast. You’re no stranger to numbers and analytics, but your true passion is content - you love creating copy, images and videos that people just enjoy interacting with.

Typical projects: :

  • Planning content calendars across our own and our clients’ social media channels: think Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin and more

  • Creating beautiful, eye-catching brand materials in Canva, CapCut, and other popular tools

  • Writing scroll stopping, intriguing copy with the help of well set up AI helpers

  • Applying any feedback our clients might share with you to make the posts just perfect

  • Responding to comments and liaising with the clients’ teams to ensure they know of any issues that might require their attention

  • Supporting the It’s Personal team in any projects they might require your help in

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience of social media management, social content creation or other relevan field

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as: Instagram, TikTok, X, Linkedin

  • Fluency and confidence in communicating in English - written and spoken is a must - most of our clients are based in the UK and USA

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Fantastic time management skills - your time is your own, manage it well

  • Proven track record in maintaining great relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Suite, ChatGPT
